1. Application

We connect innovative Austrian software companies with great software engineers from around the world. We can help you find and relocate highly-skilled developers from different locations. By using our services you need to accept these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Alspeast.com.

To use our services, you need to leave your work email on our website or contact us at the following email address: info@alpseast.com.

You can use candidates`personal information only for selecting employees. You are forbidden to collect, keep or process personal data of candidates that were not selected. Furthermore, you are not allowed to create your own database from candidates that were shown. By accepting these terms and conditions you declare to be compliant with relevant data protection laws.

It is not allowed to contact candidates for getting information that is not related to the job.

2. Job posting

Your vacancies on our website will be posted without company name and logo for providing equal opportunities. We reserve the right to change company and vacancy description for finding better candidates.

We will not post jobs which require the applicants to state information concerning their (Ⅰ) racial or ethnic origin (Ⅱ) political beliefs (Ⅲ) philosophical or religious beliefs (Ⅳ) membership of a trade union (Ⅴ) physical or mental health (Ⅵ) sexual life (Ⅶ) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings, or (Ⅶ) age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity and/or any other ground that may be rendered unlawful in applicable law.

3. Payment for Services

Our services have to be paid in accordance with the relevant rates stipulated on the website https://alpseast.com/. We can change our pricings or a pricing system but after signing the contract nothing can be changed.

If you want to get the payment offers for employers, you can contact us via info@alpseast.com to get all the detailed information. The Payment terms may be changed from time to time.

As a general rule, the payment for the service is not refundable after the payment has been made. However, if you feel unsatisfied with the service or found mistakes/errors in the work of the services, please feel free to contact us via the following address: info@alpseast.com.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All the rights related to intangible property which are used, developed, comprising, embodied in, or practiced in connection with any of the Service are owned by the Alpseast.com, and you agree to make no claim of interest in or ownership of any such Intellectual Property Rights.

You respect our intellectual property rights to all our services.

You agree not to use our materials for any services similar to Alpseast.com.

If you agree to post your vacancies on Alpseast.com you grant Alpseast.com a right to use, sell, distribute, perform, display provided information for the purposes of publishing and/or promoting job postings on Alpseast.com website and on websites of the partners Alpseast.com.

Contracts for Products and Services of Third Parties

In order to provide high quality services and maximize possible results, you give us a right to announce the Client’s job requirements/vacancy on the social media, job aggregators, our partner’s websites and other proofed media which may exceed and improve the rendered Services. Client, at any time, has full control over the provided information and way of its spreading. Client, at any time, may request the list of online resources where its vacancy/job requirements have been posted, such information may be deleted on Client’s written request immediately.

5. Termination

You can terminate our legal relationship by contacting us via info@alpseast.com. Furthermore, we reserve a right to stop providing services if you mistreated an employee in any way, contacted any job seeker for a purpose not related to the employment, have violated any other term of these Terms and Conditions or Terms and Conditions for Customer, or by in any other event on sole discretion with a prior one month notification.

6. Limitation of liabilities

You are responsible for any loss that results from your use of our services.
We are not liable for advertisers, linked websites or other users of Alpseast.com.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Alpseast.com harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service, and (b) the breach by you of your representations and warranties set forth herein.

7. Applicable law and settlement of disputes

All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this contract including disputes relating to its validity, breach, termination or nullity shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna (Vienna Rules) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules.

We are Alpseast.com and we offer job opportunities with relocation support in Austria. If you want to use our services you need to accept our terms and conditions.

1. Application

For starting using our services you need to submit your CV and fill in main information for us to contact you. You agree that you at least 18 (eighteen) old.

There are two options of an application: 1) you can apply for vacancies that match your skills or 2) submit your CV for future job openings. In these applications you have to provide us with true information. From our side, we have the right to refuse your application if we have found untrue, inappropriate information or if you don’t match to the position.

We also have the right to delete your personal data and terminate our relationship if you provided morally inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate information.

2. Limitation of liability

As a recruiting agency, we provide our clients (companies) with the personal information that you have provided. As a result of our services you may enter into an employment agreement. Please note, that we do not take part in negotiating the terms of employment agreements.

You take full liability for any loss that results from your use of Alpseast.com services. We will not be responsible for any damages under any circumstances.

We don’t provide any warranties, even for your relocation and minimum time of employment.

We are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We retain your personal data to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations.

We use and store the information you enter on Alpseast.com or provide to us in any other way, for instance, by submitting relevant application forms.

Such personal data may include contact data (e.g. name, surname, position, email address and other contact details like your Skype name and mobile phone number) and personal data (Candidate’s CV). We process personal data only for connecting employees and employers.

2. How we protect your data

We put in place appropriate measures that are designed to prevent unauthorised access to, and misuse of, your personal data. These include physical, electronic and administrative safeguards such as firewalls, data encryption, SSL and other up-to-date technologies. Only those employees/private contractors who require personal information regarding our customers to fulfill their obligations gain access to such information. If you suspect any misuse or loss of or unauthorised access to your personal information, please let us know immediately via emai (info@alpseast.com).

3. Your rights

In case you direct an inquiry to Alps East, we save the communication history with you as well as the information and data submitted in the course of this communication (e.g. an email address) in order to optimally answer your request and any further follow-ups. You have, upon such request, the right to cost-free information about the personal data stored in regard to your person. Furthermore, you have a right to have such personal data corrected, blocked, transferred or deleted.

For requests pertaining to information, amendments or deletion, please send a mail, along with your name, mobile number, email contact address, to: info@alpseast.com.

Candidates can upload their information by themselves or ask recruiters to do this for them (contact details of the recruiters are listed at the end of each job posting). Furthermore, recruiters from Alpseast.com can find you on other services (such as LinkedIn) and contact you. However, we may deal with your personal data only upon your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

All the personal information is stored in our internal ATS for a period of 3 years. After that period, all candidates are contacted and asked about their desire to stay in our internal database. If candidates are not more interested in our services, they can contact us via info@alpseast.com and ask for deleting all personal data. After that we will delete your personal information permanently within thirty (30) days.

You have the right to be forgotten and write us a request to delete all personal data. Furthermore, you can always ask for electronic copy of your own personal data and ask for information about the processing of your data via info@alpseast.com.

If the data breach happens, you will be notified about it during 72 hours.

We are authorized to use the information we hold about you in the following ways:

To notify you about announcements, updates, new jobs or additional services;
To help us improve the structure, layout and usability of the Site;
To answer any questions you may raise or respond to any comments you may send to us;
To notify you about changes to our service or the functionality of the Site;
To ensure that you are complying with the terms and conditions of use and with our statutory and regulatory obligations;
To deliver marketing messages should we decide that the service offered may carry an interest for you.

If you change your mind, you can opt-out at any time. For this, you need to send a request to info@alpseast.com.

We may be required by law to disclose all or part of your information to third parties. We may share your personal data with our professional advisers, such as our lawyers, where it is necessary for them to advise us. Other persons if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation.

While using Alpseast.com we may place temporary and permanent cookies for monitoring and improving the functionality and usage of our website. We use functionality, session and analytics cookies.

At any time you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. However, some of them are necessary for the functionality of Alpseast.com.

For the purposes of improving your user experience when using our services, we track activities you perform on our website and some of your personal data is disclosed to a web analytic, applicant tracking system (ATS) and other services providers. For example, we track your activity in relation to links that you click on our website (including links to third party websites).

Web analytics service providers analyze your use of our web platform and services so that we can make our website work better for you. At the moment of accepting these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, your personal data is transferred to the following web analytics service and email marketing software:
